Thompson Seedless Grape Recipe

White Grape Bunches
16lb Grapes

1/2-3/4 lb Dextrose

2 tsp Acid Blend

1 tsp Yeast Nutrient

1/4 tsp tannin

1 Campden Tablet, crushed

1 pkg Thomson Seedless yeast

The Vitis Vinifera species is really an eating grape.  It is generally lower in sugar and acid than normal table wine grape.

1. wash, remove from stems, discard any moldy or badly bruised grapes. Using nylon straining bag or press crush grapes and extract maximum juice from pulp. Let juice extract maximum juice from pulp. Let juice run into primary fermentor and immediately add crushed campden tablet. Discard Pulp.

2. Stir in all other ingredients EXCEPT yeast. Cover primary.

3. After 12hours add yeast. Cover Primary.
